Been there.. Selections only show download available. Could be a glitch in my contracts (i.e. no media) but never had previous issues.

what is the difference between

11i Support Plus Bundle 12/2004

and

HP-UX Latest Support Plus Upd Srvr 11.11

Any additional comments from anyone ?
I recently opened a call with HP on this and they do not seem to be sure either ?

The December 2004 bundle is out but only available for download. I would have expected to see the CD available for order by now ( February 2005 ).

As stated before I do see something called HP-UX Latest Support Plus Upd Srvr 11.11 (Product on Contract: B3920EA) via SUM that can be ordered for shipment. Is this the same thing and someone is just messing with the package names (Upd Srvr)?

We are still converting our contract from mail notification to electronic. I got a large pile of mail inidcating that the CD's were available for order yesterday...

is the Dec 2004 Support Plus Bundle you are looking to get.

I think the difference in names is just a download vs. order difference...

I just noticed your reply. The "HP-UX Latest Support Plus Upd Srvr 11.11" you see in SUM is the support Plus CD. That is what I requested, and I received the Dec 2004 Support Plus CD.

I did also email a suggestion to the SUM people that a "What's New" item on the SUM home page would be great. I.e. "Extra Extra ABC now available for order or download" Did not get any response though.
