error - ttdt_Xt_input_handler(): tttk_messag

Dear All
we have a running application on HP-UX 11i server, we connect to the application using web ,that it had appache installed on it,on one of the pc's we connect to the server and we connect,today we connect to the system using the web and we have an error as in the attachement so what should i do for this

Check the apache log files access.log & error.log files

i chech the syslog.log file and find the following
"Feb 22 15:21:37 gui01 syslog: libtt[23371]: ttdt_Xt_input_handler(): tttk_messag
e_receive(): TT_ERR_NOMP^INo ttsession process is running, probably because tt_o
pen() has not been called yet. If this code is returned from tt_open() it means
ttsession could not be started, which generally means ToolTalk is not installed
on this system.
