Predictive sendmail failed

Is there a way to get predictive working on a D270 using sendmail? I have predictive installed. This machine is inside a firewall. I am getting an error that says
WARNING - 7:10 AM, 09/26/02 - Transfer(200)
Failure on connection; program error 50 errno 0
EML(4) Cannot reach rcp_singapore@predictive.asiapac.hp.com. Return value: -4
INFORMATIONAL - 7:10 AM, 09/26/02 -
EML(4) Cannot reach rcp_singapore@predictive.asiapac.hp.com. Return value: -4

Fyi, I am running UX10.20.
I am able to sendmail from server to my external hotmail account. Sendmail is using the smart relay in sendmail.cf pointing to my NT EXchange mail server.

Do you mean by sending the predtive results to my own email account. And later forwarding it to HP?!

I think what she means is:

Try sending a test e-mail to the address rcp_singapore@predictive.asiapac.hp.com using a wany working e-mai client. Does it get bounced back? If so, the address is NG.

does the sendmail.cf file you are using match the version of sendmail you are running. This will cause a problem on 10.20 machines, not sure about 11 and up. check the differences between /etc/mail/sendmail.cf and /usr/newconfig/etc/mail/sendmail.cf. If they are not the same version, copy the original /etc/mail/sendmail.cf and replace it with /usr/newconfig/etc/mail/sendmail.cf with your site specific changes included. Hope this helps.
