problems with accessing itrc

Hi,

for the past two days, I have tried to read the posts made by other people, only I found that I couldn't even access http://forums.itrc.hp.com. I don't know if this is normal or not but every so often I can't log into itrc.

I can either get as far as choosing which forum site I wish to access but after that it comes up with a 404 error. Sometimes i get to read a post, and when i go to post a reply my browser just hangs. Once i even left it for 1/2 hour just to make sure it wasn't me.

We have had no networking problems, and I see that other people were able to log into the site yesterday and the day before.

Is there something I am missing or is this normal?

Hi Maria,

There have been some problems with the forums, since about the 14th December... the HP developer team is working on it, and hopefully it'll all be back to normal soon...

Hi Maria,

The forums experienced some technical issues over the past few days that appear to be resolved. Our support and developer teams have been working on the problem since last Friday and they forums are not operating fine.
