problems with accessing itrc

Hi,

for the past two days, I have tried to read the posts made by other people, only I found that I couldn't even access http://forums.itrc.hp.com. I don't know if this is normal or not but every so often I can't log into itrc.

I can either get as far as choosing which forum site I wish to access but after that it comes up with a 404 error. Sometimes i get to read a post, and when i go to post a reply my browser just hangs. Once i even left it for 1/2 hour just to make sure it wasn't me.

We have had no networking problems, and I see that other people were able to log into the site yesterday and the day before.

Is there something I am missing or is this normal?

Hi Maria,

We did had some problems it seemd with the forum site. I was also having a lot of problems connecting to forum. At times i was so frustated that i simply stopped trying. Guess you had been having a bad day too with the forum connection. Even last week i had similar problems. Seems okay now.

This site had problems last two days, but now it's working fine. At least today working smoothly..

Any time you have problems accessing the forums or have comments about the forums, you should post them to one of Dan Gazzaniga's monthly forums problems threads.

There was some problems accessing ITRC forum last week. However, it seems that problems are sorted out now and u may start working now

Be assured, this is Very "NORMAL" for this site. For eg, i had to try for the last halfhour to get this response link work.

For the sake of records, the site was absolutely down from mid Friday to mid monday.
So, that was "better" than Normal.

I had problems off and on for the past few hours, but can get everywhere now.

Now from Friday until Monday morning, it was all down and you could not reply.

Also try another server if you are having connection problems. us-support, us-support2 and us-support3 are all seperate servers.
