Pthread internal error problem, please help.

Hi Nobuhiro,

Got One problem on hp-ux11i.
we have a software which works on 11 and
not on 11i.
It gives an error
"Pthread Internal error : __libc_reinit..." etc..
when we run the executable and gives SIGQUIT
with a core.

It gives error before going to the main of the
program.

The executable is around 800 MB.
Does anyone have any idea, what could be the problem.
Please let me know, if you have any idea.

first i will check to see if you have this patch install :

PHSS_24304 - s700_800 11.11 ld(1) and linker tools cumulative patch .

can you give me some info about the applic ( it is vpo ? )

i saw a few problem with pthread error that was solve after installing this patch
