Can anyone let me know the procedure for installing Apache Web server on HPUX 10.20/11.00,or the website for documentation for installing Apache web server.

Hi,

Note this bug report related to installation of apache on HP-UX:

The short version is that the '-Aa' flag for HP-UX in src/Configure needs to be changed to '-Ae +DAportable' before running configure.

Configuration of the httpd.conf should be the same for HP-UX as for other operating systems. Make good use of doc/apache_include.conf and doc/startup.pl.

www.apache.org is the place to explore. It has got everything to install apache server including the binaries.

Get the binaries (if you don't want to compile) from this URL

How to install and configure documentation from this URL

http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/

In case if you run into problems, you can search if that problem was already reported here in these mailing lists
