    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was trying to start up the File Manager in the CDE when I came up this error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"The request to service this action has failed for the following reason: TT_ERR_PROCIDThe process id passed is not valid" &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to access the trash bin and it came up with the same error. I didn't encounter this error when in other user modes. What could be wrong?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>check if dtfile is running, if it is, kill it and try running file manager in cde again</description>

      <description>Joshua, try removing the /home/&lt;USERNAME&gt;/.dt directory... it should work&lt;/USERNAME&gt;</description>
