I have set up automatic forwarding using .forward in user home, so now all mail gets forwarded to my Exchange mailbox.

But is it possible to configure sendmail to leave a copy in my unix-mailbox?

Andreas

Hi,

there is no keep option, but you can always put 2 email adresses in the .forward file.

so for userA:
userA, userA@exchange.com

good luck,
Thierry.

Hi,

assuming you are user 'john', your .forward file should look like:

john
alt_email@alt_server

E.

Please do NOT reply to such old posts. Create a new thread instead.

And yes you can, using one address on each .forward line.

Regards,

Fred
