      <description>I have a 8590C. I was on line when I received this message. It told me to save my info and it was going to shut down. And then I had a blank screen with just the wall paper. I had to hard boot It locked up.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps so I can get some information about this problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you</description>
