      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a hitachi thunder 9570/DF600 on HPUX 11.0 server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It doesn't work, maybe I need a driver ?&lt;BR /&gt;I've no problem on HPUX 11i servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your help&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You probably do need a driver.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The place to get such a thing if it exists is from Hitachi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since you did not have to do anything to get 11i to support the device its likely the device was supported in that Os.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may need to modify the kernel and put the driver to status IN in the drivers section.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for example change stape to IN.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then compile a new kernel, put it in production and  boot the box.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
