running hp-ux 10.20

the error occurs while running a program called Ideas and a macro that creates .tiff files of the projects.

the error message is this:
(300)/gopenws storage overflow GKS

Sorry not to be of much help but I'd check the recommended patches vs your version of ideas / O/S, together with any recommendations towards memory / kernal parameters from the following site :

Hello Jim,

just seeing that it is about TIFF files, I guees that you have to increase your kernel parameters MAXDSIZ and perhaps MAXSSIZ. The first to perhaps 512MB, the latter to perhaps 64MB...
