There is no model R380 in my file
/etc/.supported_bits

what is the patch who make a good file /etc/.supported_bits for my model R380.

Hi:

For 11.0 download and apply PHCO_23169. No reboot is necessary.

the R380 is the same as the D380... one is rackmount version.

I have a D390 that actually has an R390 mainboard

It looks like the patch you need is PHCO_15714 which has been superseded by PHCO_23169. This is an 11.0 patch. /etc/.supported_bits doesn't exist on 10.20. Are you updating your R380 from 11.0/32 bit to 11.0/64 bit?

I am updating my R380 from 10.20 /32 bit to
11.0 /64 bit

Hi

On HPUX 10.20 you don't have .supported_bits
file, this file is only on HPUX 11.X systems.

On my system I have :

9000/800/R380 32/64

So your system may support 32 or 64 bits systems.
(This file is present on release HPUX11.00 Sept
2000)
