Run level 2

Can anyone tell me what??s the diference between run level 2 and run level 3 in HP -UX?

2 Start most system daemons and login processes. This state is often called the "multi-user state". Login processes either at local terminals or over the network are possible.

3 Export filesystems and start other system processes. In this state NFS filesystems are often exported, as maybe required for an NFS server.

run level 1 : single user mode
run level 2 : multi user mode
run level 3 : multi user mode with CDE and NFS server
