Transaction Processing Monitors

Does anyone have any suggestions on applications that will monitor TPC numbers? For example a HP-UX server running Oracle?

Hi,

Are you referring to monitoring Oracle
performance?? *Precise* software would be
a good bet.

I used BMC's BEST/1 before. It's a nice tool where you can define the workloads per applications and then calculate the %utilizations w.r.t workloads and then derive the TPCs based on the ratio of the utilization of the workload w.r.t total utilization.

MWA can also be used to calculate the workloads but BEST/1 has good features than MWA.
