    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem when i run IISTARTUP&lt;BR /&gt;Its stopping on: waiting to sytem logging to go ONLINE&lt;BR /&gt;( ingres version 6.4 )&lt;BR /&gt;I tryet to run LOGSTAT i sayes:&lt;BR /&gt;system logging not ONLINE&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter Roege</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You supplyed commands did find it running its sayes:&lt;BR /&gt;root 471 1 0 22.19.04 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/syslogd -D&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but i the mean time i run RCPCONFIG -INIT&lt;BR /&gt;and put all the params into config &lt;BR /&gt;and after that IISTARTUP and the ingres was up&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any good reason for that ?&lt;BR /&gt;It seams that it builds a new LOGFILE ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter Roge</description>
