      <description>Is that the complete message or was there anything else to it?  It looks like there is some missing text.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your SAM version:&lt;BR /&gt;# swlist -l fileset |grep SAM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also check for any patches that are not in the right state.  &lt;BR /&gt;# swlist -l fileset -a state | grep -v configured | sed '/^#/d'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>i found the lp.ui in the /usr/sam/lib/C and i see that it not seems to be log file, and i see that only the printer and plotter options stuck any thing else on the sam work fine ,and the system is very slow&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
