Hi Paul,
the rx2600 and rx1600 are Itanium machines with HP-UX 11i v2 (11.23). If you are not ready to use these architecture, you should look for the current PA-RISC based servers, for example:

HP 9000 rp3410-2
HP 9000 rp3440-4
HP 9000 rp4440-8
http://www.hp.com/products1/servers/entry_level/index.html

or

HP 9000 rp7420-16
http://www.hp.com/products1/servers/mid_range/index.html

Regards,
Zygmunt

Our company are going to buy new servers. The old 9000-k Class is way too old and small for us now. From our vendor we have gotten a suggestion of the following:

HP RX2600
and a management:
HP RX1600

I have searched HP-site but cant find any info of these machines. Are there anyone here that have it or know where to find it?

PS: Its a whole new series of servers..

BR
Paul
