    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swverify \*&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;check the output and make sure that there are no problems with the bundle.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check environment SHLIB_PATH. There may be someithing in the oracle install guide about setting a variable that says where the java is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either that or you answered the question wrong when the GUI asked you where java is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ITs important to have the environment and patching just right prior to installing any Oracle product.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>I am installing oracle9i on Hpux 11i.  upon executing runInstaller, I get the following error. " The Java RunTime Environment was not found at /tmp/OraInstall2004-10-19_02-10-06PM/jre/bin/java. Hence, the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run. install JRE version 1.3.1 or higher and try again."  I have installed Java 1.4 on the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone run onto this problem before.  Please help!!!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;this is using the java from the oracle install cd only so your version of java install is not making a difference, i guess.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you try another copy of the install media. Hope you are using the origina cds and not copied ones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regds&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
