Maastricht University Survey Regarding Forums Use

Dear forums members,

we are two doctoral researchers at Maastricht University (Netherlands) looking into the effectiveness of online support forums and what you think of them. Toward that end, we have prepared an academic online survey that takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is available at:

We would like to invite you to share your opinion with us. We already received many enthusiastic responses in the HP-UX forum, but we would like to get a broader view of all forums in general. Please have a look at statements from your peers:

we are half way through our data collection. Thanks to all participants, we already have 200 responses. But to draw valid conclusions, we need a total of at least 400 responses.
