Hi all,

it took me allmost the whole weekend to find out the correct answer for this important question:

--> a "pharoah" is a kind of special dinosaur, which died out 125 million years before. These dinosaurs where known as extremly helpful and social creatures. But for the reason they helped other creatures the whole day and night, they had no time to eat something or even to take care of young pharoahs, they died all.... :-(

The ITRC- pharoahs seem to be the legal children of them. I just hope they don't make the same mistakes than their grandfathers. :-)

Allways stay on the bright side of life!

Peter

Hello Alexander,

good that I did not have to ask that question :)

Apears to be somewhat german specific as we know this one as "Pharao".

But I asked google for both "Pharoah" and "Pharaoh" and got a whole lot of hits for both. So either it is common or synonym in english or it must be a well accepeted typo ?!?!?

... but I really like to know too.

Volker

Hi Alexander,

Well, lets see -- could a Pharoah be somebody who is *light in color* and whose name begins with *O*? As in, they are a fair O? Ouch. Actually, I think it is a product of the graphics application not having a spell check! :)

I've noted this oversight to our dev team. Good to see everyone has a sense of humor...or is that simply sarcasm? ;)

Regards,
Dan
