Hi,

We have HP L1000 servers, were we use HP SWC
of F/W A1.7 for accessing the console.
Our network is divided into four subnets and all the webconsoles(39 nos.) are connected in one of the subnet.

In all the SWC's we had mentioned the gateway. For the last one year the webconsoles were working fine(we were able to access from all the subnets). But for the last ten days we are not able to access the webconsole from the same subnet, in the mean time we are able to access from other subnets. Its not even pinging from the same network.

But when we remove the Gateway from SWC, we are able to reach the SWC from the same network.

We had checked all the other associated network equipments and firewall and found no issues with them.

Now I want to know whether any problem would be there with the SWC's?. Also shall I go ahead with upgrading the SWC F/W to A1.9?.

Awaiting for all valuable replies.

Thanks and Regards.
