That was no explanation for the fact.&lt;BR /&gt;so I've checked my 'new' system, and I've installed PHCO_22526 s700_800 11.0 Software Distributor (SD) Cumulative Patch &lt;BR /&gt;If you have HPUX 10.20 - PHCO_23042&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;just a possible solution.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I was trying to install a patch as root on one of my HP machines.&lt;BR /&gt;I gave me the following error&lt;BR /&gt;"Access denied to root@HPmachine to register soc.No (i)nsert permission on host"&lt;BR /&gt;But after changing the init state to single user mode and again to the init level 3,the problem got resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;Describe??&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;MOney.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi TG!&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes this problem occurs. &lt;BR /&gt;I don't know why, but normally you can solve it by stopping (you need to check if it is really stopped) the swagentd, and restarting it up again.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm installing a new system, and I had this problem yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;regards!</description>
