Hey I wanted something similar a few months ago and I found this link if you place the kernel parameter's name in the link where specified it come up with detailed information.

I know this is kind of hokey but I hope this helps. If you find something better please post it this way we all know.

This is a detail document (for 11i) which describe in detail all kernel parameters related to the different subsystem.

If you want to know about each kernel parameter in detail, there is a manpage available for each kernel parameter besides the online help in SAM -> Kernel Configuration functional area.

Are there still some remaining kernel parameters you haven't been able to research using the information given in the previous posts? If so, please list the parameters you need more information about so that we can direct you to the available documentation, assuming there is some available.
