Hi,

Oracle product OPS/RAC, in which CD available ?
I have not seen this product in Enterprise Edition standard CD.
I guess, if we get license only we can get this CD from Oracle Corp. If so, what is the CD label name for the OPS/RAC installation.
RAC experts clarify this and give initial steps to invoke this product option to install.

Thanks
Ezhil

Hi,

there is not special CD for RAC/OPS, when
you have MC/ServiceGuard installed and
configured on cluster Oracle installer (CD1) will ask you whether to install RAC/OPS ?

You do not need to have special CD, RAC part Oracle 8i and 9i Enterprise Edition, but you need to install and configure MC/ServiceGuard OPS Edition (old version) or Serviceguard Extension for RAC for HP-UX (new version)
Read the doc
Best Rgs.

Alex
