      <description>Hi Mohmmed!&lt;BR /&gt;"This error can be caused by:&lt;BR /&gt;a. an erroneous or incorrect setting in inittab&lt;BR /&gt;b. a misconfigured kernel parameter&lt;BR /&gt;c. the presence of more than environment files in rc.config.d; make sure there are no scripts present in this location."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This last one has hapenned to me once.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe this is what is hapenning:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://europe-support2.external.hp.com/cki/bin/doc.pl/sid=376fc71307073fa2f8/screen=ckiDisplayDocument?docId=200000042264151" target="_blank"&gt;http://europe-support2.external.hp.com/cki/bin/doc.pl/sid=376fc71307073fa2f8/screen=ckiDisplayDocument?docId=200000042264151&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;good luck.</description>
