Downoadable patch bundles?

I've tried to download the lastest Patch Bundles from the HP software depot but all I get is a failing URL (Page not found).

https://payment.ecommerce.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/transaction_processor/transaction_processor.cgi

Does this occur because of my browser (IE6) or is something broken on the HP site?

I just successfully downloaded a bundle from the exact same URL (using Netscape 4.7x). It's either your browser (though that seems unlikely) or one of those Europe/US connection problems. Try it again?

I get the same result. The URL one of you suggested was one I already tried. And I still get:

"Page not found"

Isn't it strange that a patch bundle (which is free) is linked via payment.ecommerse?

No this is not strange as this is a URL used for free software as well as payed for software.

Depending on what you are downloading it's free or you have to pay.

Tell me what bundle you are looking for, and I will try to find another link for you.

Maybe you need to try again later.

Hi C,
Yes I 've tried that URL as well and now I've tried with Netscape6 too with the same result.

I did get another error page displayed once, which gave the impression that HP's site checks the postal code for correct US-codes even though I've entered Sweden as my country.

Hi Patrik,

if it is a firewall-problem then it would be at your side.
You should ask your system admin if it is allowed for you to download files. Also 'https'-sides are sometimes restricted by firewalls.

Otherwise check if your are logged in from the Europe side.

I'm still not able to download the latest patches. As I'm not the only one with this problem (Clemens van Everdingen seems to experience the same difficulties) I believe that there is some error on the HP side:

HP told me (on friday) that they were working on it.

I removed the cookie from payment.ecommerse and tried again. Voil??, now I'm downloading the lates QPB.
