HP aC++ runtime libraries from Patch for HP-UX 11i

In HP-UX 10.20, I could apply the patch PHSS_17872 to get the runtime of HP aC++, but the version HP-UX 11i I didn't reach the patch to apply. Will I need to buy the product HP aC++ only to get the runtime for HP-UX 11i?

Sorry PHSS_22543 is for 11.0
install PHSS_22898 for 11i.
