Do you know that is it any HP patch for A500 (11.00) server memory allocation enhancement?

I'm not quite sure what you mean... never heard of the term "server memory allocation enhancement".

Maybe the EXEC_MAGIC/SHMEM_MAGIC or q3p (Quadrant 3 privat) features? These enhancements allow allocation of more than 1.75 GB shmem and/or 1GB private memory for 32 bit processes. Is it that you're after?

What OS version is installed?

# getconf KERNEL_BITS

if 32, you might think about about upgrading to 11i and 64 bit.

you can achive by increasing maxdsix, maxdsiz kernel values

I think what you are looking for some patch to avoid "memory leak".

Alex, Do you get "sysmap: rmap ovrflo error" in syslog. Any crashes/reboots?

What application you are running?

Seriously, I've just did a patch search with "memory allocation" and I've got those 5 patches. I don't if the patches will help but installing them it's the only way to know the answer...
