On-line help

Hi everybody.

Have HP removed the on-line help (the one that allows users to initiate a "chat" session with an HP expert) from their site?

My colleagues and I were trying to find it this morning to discuss a hardware fault, but it seems to have disappeared.

If it's still there I would be grateful if someone could tell me the URL.

We'd already seen that page, which tells us that the link "may" pop up on a page.

I've used that page to submit a question to HP. I'll award points after I receive their answer.

Alternatively, (you might already done this)u can call up the HP call center in your country and speak to them about the online chat and the h/w problem that your were facing. The contact numbers can be found here:

But, even I have experienced the same problem a couple of times. At times, when I visit the hp.com/go/security web page, I get to see the chat online pop-up window. However, many times (as is the case today) I don't see it. Don't know why! Let's see if a HP person will clarify this issue for us.

Thanks Sri Ram - that first link was exactly what I was looking for.

I've saved it to favourites for future use - I don't need it today as the engineer has already arrived.
