STREAMS document for Itanium HP-UX

1. Online STREAMS documents at www.docs.hp.com are for HP 9000.
If there are changes for itanium, and they are online, where are they? Do we need to buy STREAMS documents for 11i v2, itanium?

In particular, linking drivers into the kernel has changed, but the
documentation for STREAMS for HP 9000 doesn't reflect this.
