I want to monitor the memory usage in a day but i am not sure sar2 option meaning, which option should i use?

This is a good base for understanding these things and has some good unsupported tools

You can store all sar measurements into file by using

# sar -o file.sar t n

than you can use your parameters setting afterwards, than you will get your data you want.
