printer disabled

we have some printers get disabled once a while. Don't understand why it is happening.

Do these printers stop all at the same time or do they go down individually? Can you provide some more info?.

Also in case you can put more inputs as to whether the printers are on netwrok etc , may be we can debug further.

i know this problem too. I observed that this
happens when the communication between printer
and print spooler is affected: for ex. paper jam on printer, printer offline, printer lost link to the LAN,...

The priner is in the network. It is disabled individual, not all the printers are disabled.
