ASP website in APACHE

Ok, I have a win2k box I want to run the existing websites (written in ASP) on an HP-UX (hopefully get my work to switch servers to HP-UX) but the only software I've seen out there is Chili!ASP, is there anything like it for HP-UX? They have it for Red Hat 7.3 or higher and for Sun but I didn't see anything for HP-UX.. Is there any other software for HP-UX?

I believe PHP provides the functionality
of ASP under Apache.
There are some syntax differences, but I
have seen references to a conversion tool.

I've seen the utility also, I need to leave it in the ASP format. <% and %> stuff...

I was going to mention ChiliASP by chilisoft inc... they use java to run asp pages, but it looks like Sun bought them out:
