Where can I get bash for HP-UX 11.0?

Try here;
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Shells/bash-2.05/

You can download a gzipped depot file for 11.0, gunzip the file then use swinstall to install it. The source code is availble from here too if you'd rather compile it yourself.

mc was there too, it had some dependencies;

May be there is mc which I can use without gtk?
I need only console version...
