    <description>Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I downloaded and installed mc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But now I get&lt;BR /&gt;# /opt/mc/bin/mc                                                              &lt;BR /&gt;  Error opening terminal: vt100.                                                 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The same story with dtterm and xterm.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?</description>

      <description>Have you tried setting the TERM variable in your shell to vt100 or ansi? Or trying a different terminal emulator?</description>

      <description>No.  I trying to start mc from CDE-it says that&lt;BR /&gt;it cant open dtterm, from linux xterm- can't open&lt;BR /&gt;xtrem, from serial console- can't open vt100 , etc. ;(</description>

      <description>Which version HP do use ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed last version MC on HP 11.00 last week.&lt;BR /&gt;It works without problems but I recevied the same errors on version HP 10.20&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Radim&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
