topic mc in Operating System - HP-UX

Hello!

I downloaded and installed mc.

But now I get
# /opt/mc/bin/mc
Error opening terminal: vt100.

The same story with dtterm and xterm.
Any ideas?

Have you tried setting the TERM variable in your shell to vt100 or ansi? Or trying a different terminal emulator?

No. I trying to start mc from CDE-it says that
it cant open dtterm, from linux xterm- can't open
xtrem, from serial console- can't open vt100 , etc. ;(

Which version HP do use ?

I installed last version MC on HP 11.00 last week.
It works without problems but I recevied the same errors on version HP 10.20
