GSP login

Hello,
I had already posted a query in the forum reg. my GSP problem.I did not get a solution for the same.
Actually,on one of my L-class servers,I have my GSP user and password as blank.
Whenever I use the command "so" to modify this
It gives a message "Should be an administrator to use this".
How can I modify this default blank username and password.
