Do you know where I can get a copy of or a codeword for B4474FA release B.09.11 for HPUX 11.00. We have recently replaced a system which was running 10.20 with a new system (RP 54xx) running HP-UX 11.00. Unfortunately, we have found that we can no longer purchase the X-Station software (presumably as the X-Stations are no longer supported). Some X-Stations still remain in use, and we cannot get rid of them in the short term.

The software is not available for 11.x; however, you really don't need it. The trick is to use the 10.20 version because none of this actually runs on an 11.x box anyway. Everything is executed on and downloaded to the X-terminal itself. All you really have to do is swinstall the 10.20 version after checking the "Install Incompatible" option.

I'm actually running the last available version B.09.12 + PHSS_23021 on an 11.11 box and it works just fine.

Plan B:

Simply copy your /opt/hpxt directory tree over, export via NFS /opt/hpxt, and make your new bootptab or dhcpdtab entries for your X terminal and you are ready to go.
Sorry, must have not been clear enough. We can no longer purchase it. HP does not supply it. Our previous codeword was for a 700 series system and will not work with the application CD's for the 800 series.
