Jetdirect software

We just purchased a rp7420 and I need to attach
a network printer which has a HP jetdirect card attaced to it. The server does not seem to come with jetdirect software so what do I need to set up a printer using 11i OS

I assume you're asking where to find the software. I asked the same question not too long ago and here's the answer I got from Sridar Bhaskarla:

"I don't think it is there in software.hp.com. I would go through www.hp.com -> support & Drivers and search for "Jet Direct". Then it is going to bring up "HP JD Printer Installer for HP-UX 11.x" and you can download it."

Once installed, you can use hppi to install printers:

/opt/hpnpl/admin/hppi
