Hello,

I'm trying to email from hp-ux to the outside but I'm getting error messages.

How can I increase the max size?

Check /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
See if the parameter MaxMessageSize is set
By default it's unset and therefore unlimited
at least at sendmail 8.X and greater.
