Hello guys:

I'm having a problem when I shedule jobs with the at command.

sometimes works, sometimes not.

#
#at -f /tmp/jobs -q k 1200
(it says that the job is sheduled)
#at -l
# ( shows nothing !!! )

Well, i've check theres no filesystem getting full, the cron log, syslog.log..., the patch applied to 'at' is :
hpux41:/> what /usr/bin/at
/usr/bin/at:
PATCH_10_20 PHCO_10737 $Revision: 78.2.1.16 $
$Revision: 76.2.1.3 $
$Revision: 76.2.1.1.1.5 $
PATCH_10_20: hpux_rel.o at.o pdt.o ptime.o pdate.o funcs.o permit.o 99/02/18

Any idea ????

check that the job is not being run immediately .....

I'm thinking the system may schedule the jobs as soon
the load in the system is low. So if the load on the system is low, the job will be scheduled immediately and 'at -l' will only list the jobs that are pending to be scheduled in the queue. So if the jobs is scheduled immediately, it will not be seen with'at -l'

check with a ps -ef ?

Hi Ricardo,
I think Alex may be correct.
Another idea is to redirect the output to some log file.
