    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Check that your CAPS LOCK is off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) You will have to reactivate your account if you attempted too many wrong passwords.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3) Try not to include special characters in the password.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4) Reset the user password and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.       <description>What login name are you using? some systems don't accept root login directly and you have to login as a normal user first then "su" to root after.</description>
