EMS HA Monitor Software License

If I get a used system and the sofware license were transfered to me by the previous owner, and one of the software is EMS but on the exhibit f00 indicates the version is for HP-UX 10.20, can I still run a EMS version for HP-UX 11.0 if I have a licensed 11.0 version for the newly acquired system or do I have to purchase a new license.

Hi James. Thanks for your reply. Just one other question. Is there a difference beween the 10.20 EMS HA version and the 11.0 version? Is it just the application depending on what O/S the system is running? It seems obvious but I just want to be reassured. Thanks again and your input is greatly appreciated.
