Patch bundles download problem

The patch bundles are not downloading from the site.It stops in the middle.

I tried download QPK bundle for 11.0 both Mar04 and Sep03.

It tells downloaded 336MB but the file size is 256 MB

Try the ftp script option if possible.

I had the same problem and the ftp script thing got me past it. Don't include the June 03 bundle, that will screw it up.

Same problem here .. the downloaded size was 192MB (Zip format) .. but failed to open saying that it is not a valid archive ...

At this point I'd open a support call with HP.

There could be a configuration problem with their servers or networking. Or yours.

Do you have this trouble with large downloads from other sites?

The obvious workaround is to order the CD's. But I can see why you'd like to get the download working. It should work.

What about trying it from a Windows client or at a local Internet Cafe?

If its your networking and not HP's this will eliminate a possible cause and tell you where to work.

I can't believe the ftp script thing failed. That is my weapon of last resort, always working for me.

I am downloading the files from a pulblic ip machine directly connected to net with speed of 210Kb/sec.

I feel the problem on the HP side.

I do not have a software support with HP.This bugs me!
