topic CDE on 9000/715 server in Operating System - HP-UX

Hi all, I am brand new to this and understand it could be a silly question. We have a 9000/715 server, without graphics monitor (just a plain tty console). We access it through X terminals, therefore I would like to get the CDE login banner on the remote displays. Unfortunately, the system keep on trying to open the CDE Desktop login on the system console as well and, failing, it lets log files grow bigger and bigger. Is there any way to only have the login banner on displays other than the system console?

Many Thanks,
LR
