List server for email and newsletters on HP-UX ?

Hi,
I am looking for software for List server for email newsletters and online discussion groups which can run on HP-UX 10.20 or 11.x.
Basically i want List server to send e-mails, to a group, user should be able subscribe to the group from Internet, post html document. We are currently running home grown software and we are having lot of problems with it.
I looked one site at http://www.lyris.com it does not contains one for HP-UX.
Anybdoy has any suggestion or know some websites where i can download?

It's perl. It's reasonable for moderate sized lists.

Not sure how your creating your list, but I have used a simple born/korn shell loop to cat a file list, and email to each recipient in the list. This is pretty brainless work, and pretty brainless to setup a perl-cgi program to create the list from user input. Hey, it is easy, cheap and should be up and running in about 10 minutes! Cant beat that!

Just shows how smart some spam houses are to spend thousands on cheezy Win-Mailers!
