John,

There are several of us that are in this situation and there are two explanations that I'm aware of. First, sometimes a post gets removed (for whatever reason) and the points assigned still count toward the total. Second, back when the performance was absolutely ghastly, I was able to hit submit, stop, submit and end up with two assignments for just one answer. I was experimenting with that one day and ended up "plus 11".

Pete

Yes, John, you can assign zero (0) points to someones response. Usually when someone says "No points please" they are *not* asking you to not assign points, rather they are asking you to assign '0' points. The choices in the points box is 0-10.

I assign '0' points to people in my humor threads fairly regularly and I keep up my assigned points ratio as well.

For the record, I was the first with over 100%, and that was because there were Opera bugs, so I could easily assign points to messages multiple times, even with Pete's `workaround'.

At the moment there is one member with 200% :)
1 message, 2 assigned

Enjoy, Have FUN!
