Hi

Is there anybody had experience in Patrol? I am facing a problem. My Patrol agent is starting but bgscollect process is not starting. Can Somebody tell me how should I proceed?

What errors are you getting in the agent-error-logfile ?

Hi

No error is coming particularly for this in error log file. There are some errors which common for all the systems, So I don't think it matters. All other systems patrol is working fine.

If run this process manually, It comesout to prompt with out any error or confirmation. But if i check for the process, it will not be running.
