accounting using AAA server

Hi,
Wanted to know if there are any solution which could be used to gather accounting information across different servers(running HPUX,Linux,Windows) and some network elements(switches & firewall).
I was thinking more in terms of using a centralised AAA service, like TACACS+ which handles AAA for network elements and have PAM modules for servers.(this will not work for windows i guess:( )
OR may be AAA server that runs on HPUX already supports this, does any one have details on this??
Any thoughts????

Thanks for the response. I haven't gone through the complete document, but i was more interested in the types of AAA client that HP-UX AAA server supports.
Can you give me some pointers to doc which talks about the supported AAA clients??
