scrdaemon taking a lot of resources

Hi, I am working on a N server with 2 CPU. Sometimes, I can see that scrdaemon is taking up to 50% of the system while Oracle and forms are running. As a matter fact, I have sometimes very low performance of Oracle and always while scrdaemon is running. Any clue or patch that should be apply?

Here's a thread that dealt w/performance - basically stating that a somewhat higher tha avg load with "normal" w/scrdaemon usage - check it out:

Hi Jeff,
I have checked that too already. They are not dealing with a specific performance problem with scrdaemon.

Are your DCE patches up to date?

Here's a DCE patch (PHKL_23956) dealing with performance degradation.

As for the output of scrstatus, I can not answer since I am not currently root on this system.

As for the patch, I ran swlist and I did not see the patch you mentionned. I am forwardingthat right now to our system admin.
